We manage serviced apartments from single-room to whole apartments for rent by day, week, or month. All apartments are full furnished with air conditioners in each room, heaters, a TV, fridge, washing machine, drinking water cooler, wireless internet access, closets, desks, new hotel-grade bedsheets and bath towels, shower gels and shampoos, a microwave, and many other amenities.
Locations:
We have two locations available for rent. The first is located at Wangjing Xiyuan, near the Beijing airport and the Wangjingxi No.13 subway stop (only 5 minutes by taxi). From this location, many tourist sites are accessible by subway and several bus lines. In the immediate area, there are many restaurants (both Chinese and western), banks that accept international transactions, supermarkets, and coffee bars such as Starbucks. It is also near the Olympic center, taking only about 15 minutes by car.
Our downtown location is centrally located, within 5-minute walk to No-10 subway shuangjing station and a 15-minute walk to the World Trade Center and a 20-minute walk to the Silk Market. Other major destinations such as the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, Sanlitun Bar street, Panjiayuan Antiques Market, Wangfujing shopping street and many more are only within three to five kilometers.Apartments in this location were built in 2005 and they are new, clean, comfortable, and safe with security guards patrolling the area 24 hours a day,. You will be able to experience life as middle-class Beijing people do, and the complex includes a garden, hair salons, and small shops. Within five minutes on foot are lots of Chinese and Western restaurants, banks, shops and large supermarkets.
